Robert Minter
Robert is a consultant to the firm. He was previously a partner of a large national and international law firm. He practices in commercial law with particular expertise in the sale of businesses particularly pharmacies and the retail petroleum industry. Robert also has a particular practice focus on wills, estates and succession planning and was previously an adjunct lecturer at the College of Law Masters program on Wills and Estates and a co-author of the College course on Trusts and Estates. On graduating in law Robert pursued post graduate studies in the United States and subsequently obtained a post graduate diploma of Business which led for a time establishing a management consultancy business, First Asia Project Consulting, based in Sydney and Beijing. Robert was President of the Australia China Chamber of Commerce and lectured at a number of University MBA courses on doing business in China. He was also a member of DFAT’s Australia China Council. This broad range of experience has resulted in Robert being in a position to give practical legal advice backed up by his team within the firm.
